Blunt Edition was founded by Brad Lepper, Brad is a renowned stylist based in Auckland, New Zealand, with a global reputation. He is an international Educator Working along side Brands like Sebastian Professional, Wella and Ghd. His Bespoke training for salons has reached thousands of businesses around the world.
Brad has worked in various locations worldwide, including India, Berlin, New York, LA and Dublin.
He's a highly sought-after hairdresser who firmly believes in building strong relationships with his clients to achieve the desired result.
With over twenty-four years of industry experience, Brad has received numerous accolades.

Brad Lepper is a renowned stylist and owner of French Revolver, based in Auckland, New Zealan He is also International educator and has worked along side global brands like Sebastian Professional, GHD and Wella Professional to name a few. and has gained global recognition over the past decade, having worked in numerous cities such as New York, LA, Barcelona, Delhi, Madrid, Berlin, Dublin, Sydney, Melbourne, Wellington, and Christchurch. Brad has recently opened a new salon called Blunt Edition, situated behind K Road on Cross Street.

As one of New Zealand's most sought-after hairdressers, Brad believes that building a strong relationship with clients is crucial to achieving the desired result. His extensive achievements include being named a finalist in the Australian/New Zealand Hair Expo Men's Hairdresser/Barber of the Year, winning Silver in the Wella Trend Vision Award twice, and being awarded NZ Men's Hair Stylist of the Year at Industry 2014, and 2014 L'Oreal Colour Trophy Supreme Hairdresser of the Year finalist. His salon team at French Revolver was named New Zealand Creative Team of the Year in 2017, and Brad has received numerous industry awards and accolades throughout his career.

With over twenty-four years of experience in the industry, Brad is also the creator of French Revolver Studio, an iconic Auckland salon that he ran for ten years. The salon was the first of its kind in New Zealand, and it was inspired by Brad's travels and observations. He aimed to fuse elements of art and fashion to create a creative hub that would be fresh and innovative.

Brad is now onto his next chapter with BLUNT EDITION, a Rent a Chair space for freelancers and trendsetters. Space is for people to grow their own business and be their own boss for the Hair and Beauty Industry

Brads one of biggest passions is training and helping people think outside the box and grow themselves in mindset and structure in the art of hairdressing, with having BLUNT EDITION this gives him time to train hairdressers and focus on the next generation, and people wanting to advance their skills.

He has an amazing business growth workshop that is about growing a team and individuals personal brand within a brand.
